Synopsis

It’s, like, the sequel to Full Metal Panic!—sans mecha.

Even though things have calmed down and Sagara Sousuke has enrolled in high school along side Kaname, he can’t escape his soldier’s instincts. Did someone tamper with Kaname’s shoebox? Did they leave a bomb…or a love note? Best to detonate first, ask questions later.

Impressions

Well, a gripe I had about FMP was that there was too much uninteresting mecha action happening instead of the far more interesting comical character interactions. There isn’t a lot of plot or character development, but that isn’t the point. If you enjoyed the high-school antics and the relationship between Sousuke and Kaname in FMP, you’ll love Fumoffu, which is nothing but antics.
